Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support EVMS for Major Subcontracts and GP. This on-site role requires a U.S. Government Secret Clearance and offers exposure to EVM methodologies and cost management within a fast-paced environment.

You will develop and review EACs, align WBS, and assist CAMs with EVMS activities, reporting, and analyses, while leading small teams and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Goods Movement, or related field; or Master's with 3+ years of experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance or higher with recent update.
• Ability to obtain Program Access within company requirements.
• Experience using SAP and/or Cobra and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS implementation for IPTs and CAMs in accordance with DoD EVMS guidelines.
• Prepare month-end cost and schedule reports and develop EACs.
• Incorporate changes into EVMS to maintain baselines; assist CAMs with WBS alignment and time phasing.
• Conduct variance analysis, performance measurement, and recovery planning as needed.
