Job summary

Astrion is seeking an Earned Value Management (EVM) Subject Matter Expert to support the USAF SAOC program at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role leads EVM activities, analyzes performance data, and aligns baselines with program requirements.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, develop dashboards in Power BI, review EVM data for accuracy, and assist in IBRs and proposals to ensure compliance with EVMS and DFARS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience communicating financial and earned value management data clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Earned Value Management Lead coordinating with program team leads and management.
• Utilize Power BI to analyze data and provide updated dashboards to stakeholders.
• Analyze EVM data and IPMDAR to assess performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Review EACs and Budget Change Requests per EVMS guidelines.
• Support IBRs with risk identification and documentation across IMPs/IMS.
• Deliver EVM training to IPTs and contracting teams.
