Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Earned Value Management Lead coordinating with program leads and management.
• Utilize Power BI to analyze data and update stakeholder dashboards.
• Analyze EV data from IPMDAR and EVMS to ensure baseline traceability and compliance.
• Review EACs for accuracy and identify optimistic/pessimistic assumptions for leadership.
• Analyze Budget Change Requests per EIA-748 guidelines and EVMS standards.
• Support IBR activities including IMP/IMS risk identification and documentation.
• Deliver EVM/IBR training to IPTs and contracting teams.
