Overview
Sr. EVM Program Control Analyst (Level 4) located on site in Melbourne, FL. This role performs financial and administrative support for program managers, functional management, and cost account managers. Candidates will gain experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) for multiple contracts. Relocation assistance may be available and travel may be required up to 10% of the time. The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers to provide financial and administrative support and analysis.
- Establish the Work Breakdown Structure and maintain objective performance criteria for budgeted cost of work scheduled.
- Maintain and justify estimates to complete, and support internal and external reporting for variance analysis.
- Create and maintain budget baselines, funding analysis, cost risk analysis, and visibility reports.
- Prepare government cost performance reports and review performance‑measurement variance analysis.
- Support the development of budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC projections.
- Perform and/or assist in financial performance analyses and visibility reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR.
- Support variance analysis reports and facilitate the program monthly rhythm process.
- Incorporate baseline changes into the EVM system using Microframe Project Manager (MPM), SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), wInsight, MS Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, financial analysis, or related fields OR a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience.
- Experience in Government Contracting and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience using Earned Value tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Ability to work on site daily in Melbourne, FL.
- Preferred: active US Government clearance.
- Preferred: understanding of business systems such as SAP S4/Cobra.
- Preferred: financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting.

- Salary range: $101,400.00 – $152,200.00 (base salary).
