• 5 years of event or sponsorship management; experience with founders, investors, startups, or high-growth companies.
• Excellent executive presence and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead event strategy for a portfolio of Innovation Economy events and sponsorships.
• Manage full lifecycle: agenda, content strategy, speaker prep, research, and on-site execution.
• Oversee budgets, check-ins, and cross-functional planning across events.
• Own invitations and attendee communications end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Event Production for logistics and vendor management.
• Prepare briefs for hosts/speakers and drive post-event analysis.
