Job summary

Q2 India is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead the development and execution of event marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and drive revenue growth. You will partner with Leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure events align with business objectives.

You will own the event lifecycle from strategy to onsite execution, manage a multi‑million dollar portfolio, and mentor new Event Managers. Travel ~20% required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in corporate or association event management and trade shows.
• Experience coordinating across marketing, sales, product and customer success for events.
• Strong planning, budgeting, vendor management and post-event analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual event calendar and portfolio for the assigned segment.Lead cross-functional planning for events across marketing, sales, product and customer success.
• Drive pipeline via event activations and follow-up with sales leadership to meet targets.
• Elevate brand presence at high-priority events with differentiated content and executive engagement.
• Synthesize market data and performance metrics to optimize event spend and ROI.
• Run multi‑million dollar event portfolios, manage contracts and vendor relationships.
• Design high-impact attendee experiences and host executive-level engagements at flagship events.
• Develop category positioning and thought leadership content for events.
• Ensure on-site execution standards, staffing and contingency protocols.
