Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex events, conferences, sponsorships or association programmes.
• Strong project management capability, including work planning, budget management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience delivering successful event programmes from planning through post-event reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned event workstreams from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, registration activities, attendee communications and materials.
• Translate objectives into clear event plans, milestones and success measures.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners to ensure readiness and delivery excellence.
• Support successful event execution with high-quality attendee experiences.
