Job summary

NBCUniversal seeks a Manager, Events & Special Projects to lead end-to-end event production across Universal Television Entertainment and NBCUniversal. You will shape experiences that connect people, talent, partners, and audiences.

Reporting to the SVP of Events & Operations, you will manage design, venue/vendor sourcing, invitations, F&B, transportation, contracts, budgets, attendee experience, and onsite execution, while collaborating with HR and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing, production, client services, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading and executing events from concept through completion.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event production, including design, venues/vendors sourcing, invitations, F&B planning, transportation, contracts, budgets, and post-event analysis.
• Partner with senior team members on larger-scale events, owning specific workstreams and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR to deliver experiential activations that reinforce culture.
• Serve as a key contact for external vendors and venues, managing timelines and deliverables from concept to execution.
• Provide onsite executive and talent support and help refine standardized planning workflows.
