Job summary

NBCUniversal seeks a Manager, Events & Special Projects to plan and execute internal and external events across Universal Television Entertainment and NBCUniversal. This role partners with leadership to shape moments that connect our people, talent, partners, and audiences.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence and travel as needed, with a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 and bonus eligibility. Reporting to the SVP of Events & Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience leading events from concept to completion and working with executives.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event production including design, venues, invitations, F&B, transportation, contracts, and budgets.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to plan and execute high-profile events.
• Provide onsite support and manage vendor relationships and timelines.
• Collaborate to refine standard workflows and improve event processes.
