Job summary

NBCUniversal seeks an experienced Corporate Events Manager to lead small to mid-sized programs from ideation through execution, partnering with internal teams and clients. The role requires strong organization, budget oversight, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with executives and vendors, manage post-event reconciliation, and contribute to larger programs as part of a broader team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, or related fields.
  • Proven track record independently leading and executing events from concept through completion.
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead small to mid-sized programs from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation.
  • Contribute to larger-scale events in partnership with senior team members, owning specific workstreams and logistics.
  • Oversee venue sourcing, vendor coordination, run-of-show development, guest experience, and on-site logistics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure clear communication and follow-through.
  • Interact with clients and C-suite executives with professionalism and discretion.
  • Develop and track event budgets, process invoices, and support post-event reconciliation.
  • Negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and maintain production timelines.
  • Coordinate registration, communications, and guest management for seamless experiences.
