Job summary

Vaezr Studio, a division of Zirous, seeks an experienced Events Manager to oversee client communications, procurement, estimation, and on-site logistics. The role blends project management, account management, and on-site liaison to keep events running smoothly.

The position is hybrid, based in Urbandale, IA, with potential travel for events. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and 5+ years of full-cycle corporate event experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client-facing on-site liaison during events.
• Manage task delegation and project execution across teams.
• Coordinate procurement, recruitment of subcontractors, and budget tracking.
• Assist with contract generation and statements of work.
• Support sales and business development with client outreach and relationships.
