Job summary

Vaezr Studio, a division of Zirous, is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead client communications, procurement, estimation, and on-site logistics for hybrid events. You will blend project management, account management, and client liaison duties to keep shows running smoothly while enabling technical teams to focus on design and execution.

The role requires 5+ years in full-cycle corporate events, a bachelor’s degree, and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate event experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site client liaison and manage client requests during events.
• Oversee task delegation and ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate internal RM tasks and monitor profitability margins by reducing external subcontractor reliance.
• Contribute to project estimating, review COGS, and align forecasts with scope.
• Recruit subcontractors/freelancers and manage procurement.
• Assist with generating and executing project contracts and statements of work.
• Support sales in client outreach and revenue growth.
• Capture assets during downtime to support marketing efforts.
