Landers Center in Southaven, MS seeks an Events Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a multi-purpose venue. You will coordinate client relations, inter-department collaboration, and staff to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum five years in event operations, venue management, or related field.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience overseeing staff.
• Experience with budgets and cost controls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day event management and operations for a multi-purpose facility.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, vendors, and partners to ensure event success.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and SOPs to optimize efficiency and guest experience.
• Lead staffing deployment and labor management to meet event demands and budgets.
• Ensure accurate reporting of event metrics and post-event evaluations.
