Job summary

Ramsey Solutions in Franklin, TN, on-site, is seeking a results-driven marketing leader to own the growth strategy for EntreLeadership events. You will design and execute multichannel campaigns, blending paid, email, organic, and content to fill the funnel well before event dates.

You will partner with live events, sales, and creative teams, using data to optimize budgets and channels, driving registrations, revenue, and long-term brand impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience running multichannel marketing campaigns across paid, email, organic, social and content.
• Ability to pull performance data and translate it for non-marketers.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for EntreLeadership events and fill funnels well ahead of dates.
• Coordinate with live events, sales, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive plan.
• Continuously test channels, offers, and creative to improve registrations and show-up rates.
• Communicate results clearly to leadership and adjust plans as needed.
