Qualifications

• 1–2 years in community management or social media engagement.
• Strong service mindset and passion for helping people.
• Familiar with engagement, social listening, and platform-native tools.
• Experience tracking engagement data and deriving actionable improvements.
• Organized with strong communication skills.
• Know Ramsey brand, Ramsey personalities, and Ramsey’s financial teaching.
• Understand fraud reporting and content guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to comments, messages, and posts promptly and helpfully.
• Deliver brand-aligned responses and approvals in Facebook Groups per guidelines.
• Guide users to Ramsey resources and tools (e.g., EveryDollar).
• Identify engagement trends and share insights with the social team and wider marketing.
• Track engagement using tagging and reporting tools.
• Optimize content and community profiles to deepen audience connections.
• Adhere to Ramsey engagement playbooks and best practices.
• Report fraud, scams, or inappropriate content found on social media.
• Stay current with platform tools and industry changes.
