Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an Events Manager to own the external conference program for our revenue teams. You will manage the annual trade show calendar, logistics, and follow-up to drive real business outcomes, attending shows as needed.

You’ll work directly with the CRO, coordinate with design for collateral, and partner with Judy on swag and shipping. If you thrive in a fast, remote-first environment and love meticulous planning, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running events, trade shows, or field programs.
• Experience owning a conference end-to-end, including vendor contracts and budget.
• Strong written communication and ability to work asynchronously.
• Comfort working remotely with a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Own the external event calendar and determine shows.
• Coordinate attendees, logistics, materials, and follow-up.
• Partner with CRO and design on collateral and assets.
• Track budgets and month-end reconciliation with Finance.
• Plan five on-site shows per year and ensure readiness.
