Mindful Therapy Group is seeking an Events Manager for Mindful Support Services to lead planning, budgeting, execution, and continuous improvement of events. The role drives senior leadership decisions, maintaining Mindful's brand and culture at every gathering, with travel as needed.

This position requires 4+ years in event management, strong vendor and budget management, and excellence in communication. It is a full‑time remote role with up to 50% travel and a focus on post‑event analysis and

Qualificações

4+ years of end-to-end event management experience.
Ability to manage multiple complex events, deadlines, vendors, budgets.
Experience partnering with senior leaders on events and initiatives.
Strong skills in creating and improving event processes and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end planning and execution for provider events and other priority events.
Manage venues, vendors, contracts, catering, A/V, registration, and on-site logistics.
Travel to major events and lead before/during/after execution.
Develop and maintain event SOPs, templates, timelines, and checklists.
Track and report on registrations, attendance, engagement, and outcomes.
