Mindful Support Services in Houston is seeking an Events Manager to lead planning, budgeting, execution, and continuous improvement of events. The role drives stakeholders and senior leaders through decisions while ensuring Mindful's brand and culture come to life at every event. Strong communication and travel up to 50% are essential.

4+ years in event management, plus proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM, and AI-enabled productivity tools to support planning, documentation, and follow-through.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in event management or similar roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders or executives on events.
• Experience creating and improving event processes, SOPs, templates, and reusable workflows.
• Strong budgeting and vendor-management experience, including contracts and cost reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for provider events, continuing education, recruiting and networking events.
• Manage venues, vendors, contracts, catering, A/V, registration, signage, transportation, and on-site logistics.
• Travel to major events and provide hands-on leadership before, during, and after execution.
• Anticipate risks and propose organized solutions to keep events on track.
