Mindful Therapy Group is seeking an Events Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and execution of provider events, continuing education, and network gatherings. You will drive decisions with senior leaders, ensuring Mindful's brand and culture shine at every event.

The role requires travel up to 50%, excellent communication, and a passion for building a strong provider community. This is a remote, full‑time opportunity with flexible collaboration across departments.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in event management with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders or executives on events, retreats, offsites, or organizational initiatives.
• Strong budgeting and vendor‑management experience, including contracts, expense tracking, and cost reconciliation.
• Excellent written communication skills for leadership-ready materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM/event/project-management tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for provider events, continuing education programs, recruiting and networking events, and leadership retreats.
• Manage venues, vendors, contracts, catering, A/V, registration, signage, transportation, and on-site logistics.
• Travel to major events and provide hands-on leadership before, during, and after execution.
• Develop and maintain event SOPs, templates, timelines, and post-event workflows.
• Coordinate executive schedules, briefs, agendas, travel details, and materials.
• Measure registration, attendance, engagement, spending, and post-event outcomes.
