We are seeking an Events Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and execution of provider events, continuing education, recruiting events, and leadership retreats.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in event management, experiential events, project management, or a comparable role with end‑to‑end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for provider events, continuing education programs, recruiting and networking events, office openings, company celebrations, leadership retreats, executive offsites, and other priority events.
• Manage venues, vendors, contracts, catering, A/V, registration, signage, transportation, accommodations, attendee communications, materials, and on-site logistics.
• Travel to major events and provide hands-on leadership before, during, and after execution.
• Anticipate risks and gaps early, bringing organized recommendations and solutions to keep events on track.
