Job summary

Limble is seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead our events strategy from concept to execution, creating connections across customers, partners, and industry communities. You will shape how Limble shows up, drive demand, and elevate the brand through in-person and virtual experiences.

Responsibilities include owning the annual roadmap, managing budgets and vendors, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing B2B events in tech/SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record designing/executing events with measurable impact.
• Strong PM skills with multiple priorities and timelines.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with event platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, ON24, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Limble’s annual events roadmap.
• Lead event execution end-to-end from concept to post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align priorities.
• Manage event budgets and vendors with a focus on ROI.
• Define and track event success metrics and impact.
• Innovate with new formats, technologies, and experiences.
• Champion attendee experience, virtual or in-person.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel 25–40% to oversee onsite production.
