Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Senior Event Planner to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of events at our venue in Purchase, NY. You will act as lead planner for complex, high-revenue events and serve as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure operational excellence, monitor budgets, and uphold service standards while collaborating with culinary, operations, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event planning experience in a venue, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Proven experience managing complex events and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of event planning from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Lead planning for large-scale, high-revenue, complex events.
• Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, BEOs, Run of Shows and Catering Proposals.
• Conduct client site visits, planning meetings, and final walk-throughs.
• Oversee on-site event execution to ensure flawless delivery and guest satisfaction.
