Job summary

Spring Point Partners, LLC is seeking an Events Manager to lead the design, planning, and execution of in‑person, virtual, and hybrid convenings at The Hive, FMC Tower, and external venues. The role drives mission-aligned experiences that deepen relationships and learning across Spring Point’s networks.

The position requires 7+ years in event management, strong vendor and budget oversight, and a people‑first service approach. Hybrid schedule with evening/weekend flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in event management, hospitality, convenings, or experience-driven environments.
• Ability to design and deliver end-to-end events or participant experiences.
• Experience with event management software such as Cvent or an equivalent platform, or the ability to quickly learn and use event tech.
• Experience managing vendors, logistics, and event operations across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and data-driven process improvement skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and supervise event staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and management of in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and convenings across Spring Point Partners, coordinating with teams to translate goals into high-quality events.
• Plan and execute events from start to finish, including timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules.
• Coordinate event logistics, including catering, AV, materials, transportation, and venues.
• Hire, schedule, and manage event vendors and contractors; serve as primary contact.
• Manage day-of operations and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless participant experience.
• Set standards for inclusive, mission-aligned events reflecting Spring Point’s care and excellence.
