Qualifications

• Ability to analyze client needs and negotiate pricing.
• Ability to work under time pressures and long hours.
• Minimum 2–3 years hotel/service experience; F&B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely communication with clients throughout planning for assigned groups.
• Upsell definite programs to maximize food and beverage revenue and average check.
• Prepare event orders, setup diagrams, group resumes and related documents accurately.
• Supervise and attend setup and execution of events and meetings.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure proper service of accounts.
• Maintain revenues in Delphi for accurate forecasting.
• Mentor Conference Services Team members across segments.
• Support sales team with client site visits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
