Fenwick is seeking a Senior Manager of Events who will play a pivotal role in the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact events and sponsorships that elevate Fenwick’s brand and support firmwide business development objectives across U.S. markets. Working under the guidance of the current Senior Manager of Events, this role requires an experienced professional who can independently lead events, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process optimization and innovation. The Senior Manager will oversee key multi-practice events from concept to post-event debriefs and will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-caliber programs that drive engagement and results.Job Description:

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing Operations, the ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant event management experience. Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; project management certification (e.g., PMP) a plus.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$138,000 - $206,250Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
