Job summary

Noom, a leading digital health company, is hiring an Events Communications Manager to own Noom’s presence at events—from owned stages to industry conferences. You’ll drive all aspects of signature events and manage earned and sponsored opportunities to showcase Noom’s leadership and mission.

The role partners with Communications, Marketing, and leadership to ensure event brand alignment, speaker preparation, and impactful audience engagement. Travel and occasional evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning live events from concept through execution.
• Ability to build events from scratch and manage multiple events with budgets, vendors, and on-site delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with senior executives and cross-functional partners.
• Experience evaluating opportunities, sponsorships, and budgets in healthcare, digital health, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Noom’s events from opportunities to post-event recaps.
• Lead Noom-owned events, manage budgets, vendors, logistics, staffing, and guest experience.
• Evaluate participation in industry events and recommend speaking, sponsorships, booths, and activations.
• Collaborate with executives and Communications leadership on speaking engagements and materials.
• Manage multiple events and workstreams with aligned budgets, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive event experiences.
