Noom is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development Manager with a strong background in healthcare and at least five years of experience in management consulting and/or corporate strategy. This role is critical to setting and driving key strategic initiatives, including identifying new product and market opportunities, evaluating strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities, and collecting competitive insights. You'll leverage your healthcare and strategy experience to create data-driven business cases, assess market-entry strategies, and support partnerships that align with Noom's mission. Working closely with the Head of Strategy and cross-functional leaders across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, you'll help shape the frameworks and roadmaps that guide Noom's next chapter of growth.

The base salary range for this position is $129,000 - $169,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
