Job summary

Noom is seeking an Events Communications Manager to own our presence at events, from Noom Talks to major conferences. This role is hands-on, executing event plans, managing budgets and vendors, and coordinating with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure brand-aligned experiences.

You will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of events, including post-event follow-up, with a focus on pipeline development and earned/sponsored opportunities. Hybrid work with NYC or Princeton locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in events, communications, PR, experiential marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on ownership of live events from concept through execution.
• Ability to build events from scratch and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Noom’s events, from evaluating opportunities and developing event plans through on-site execution and post-event recaps.
• Lead Noom-owned events, managing budgets, vendors, logistics, staffing, production, and guest experience.
• Evaluate and manage Noom’s participation in industry events, recommending the right mix of speaking opportunities, sponsorships, booths, and brand activations.
• Partner with Noom executives and Communications leadership on speaking engagements, including event selection, briefing materials, talk tracks, presentations, and on-site support.
• Manage multiple events and workstreams simultaneously, keeping stakeholders aligned on budgets, timelines, responsibilities, and key decisions.
• Partner closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams, as well as external vendors and event organisers, to bring Noom’s event experiences to life.
