Job summary

Noom is seeking a strategic design leader to unite clinical experience into cohesive customer journeys. You’ll own design strategy for how customers access Noom's Med offerings and lead a small design team while aligning across product, clinical, and partner touchpoints.

This role emphasizes problem framing, sequencing, and cross-functional alignment; you will shape the Med journey and own strategy with ownership over a fast-growing part of Noom's product.

Qualifications

• Strategic design leader with experience in complex, multi-surface ecosystems.
• Strong service design thinking across product, clinical, and partner touchpoints.
• Experience managing and developing designers across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to turn research and data into a clear design POV.
• Stakeholder management across product, clinical, and executive audiences.
• Ability to set goals and drive them in ambiguous spaces.
• Commitment to accessible, human-centered design.
• Experience in regulated or complex industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape how customers find and choose health paths balancing cost, access.
• Build scalable frameworks to bring new products to market.
• Own full journey after purchase, from logistics to ongoing clinical support.
• Extend design thinking to full service experience with care teams and partners.
• Manage and develop a small design team with prioritization across workstreams.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to identify journey gaps and sequence investments.
