Job summary

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center- Evansville, IN seeks a dedicated professional in Development to manage year‑round and third‑party fundraising events. You will collaborate with the Director of Special Events to execute plans, engage donors, and promote awareness of Easterseals programs.

You will contribute to a high‑energy team, learn donor software, and help meet revenue targets while representing the organization publicly with professionalism and passion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in nonprofit fundraising/marketing.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs frequently and pass background checks/clearances.
• Strong donor relations and event planning skills with a focus on fundraising outcomes.
• Able to learn donor database software quickly and use it effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a collaborative team responsible for year‑round events and third‑party events.
• Work varied hours in a fast‑paced environment for planning and execution of events.
• Help maintain fundraising program margins and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and advance ESRC’s mission through collaborative fundraising efforts.
• Support relationship building and stewardship with key stakeholders and media.
