Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Events Manager to own end-to-end event programs across the Americas, including hosted conferences, summits, and sponsored activations. You will align marketing with the field to drive pipeline and revenue, while innovating with AI to streamline operations and improve outcomes.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing.
• Experience owning hosted and sponsored events end-to-end.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, sales, brand, PR, and executives.
• Experience working with AI tools to build solutions and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for Cloudflare’s Tier 1 events across the Americas, including hosted and sponsored programs.
• Lead hosted events end-to-end: concept, agenda, production, registration, run-of-show and follow-up.
• Drive sponsored presence and thought leadership: booths, sessions, sponsorships, and activations.
• Activate the sales field: briefing, target accounts, meeting-booking playbooks, and post-event follow-up.
