Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding service.
• Service events and act as a point of escalation when needed.
• Lead labor and equipment planning and ensure profitability and cost controls.
• Understand and utilize operational and financial reports for planning and forecasting.
• Proactively troubleshoot equipment and software issues during events.
• Create and present information to senior management on performance and pipeline.
• Coordinate with venue leadership on sales strategies and renewals.
• Deliver world-class service and ensure client satisfaction during events.
