Responsibilities

• Maintain a supervisory role at events and jump into any role when needed.
• Motivate service staff to stay focused on assignment and maximize efficiency.
• Mentor, train, coach, and provide feedback to the service team.
• Communicate with Butler’s Pantry management via calls and emails.
• Understand and apply the current Service Manual for staff guidance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Plan ahead for events with assigned teams and roles.
• Manage staff check-in/out and review time at event end.
• Collaborate with chefs and facility managers to close venues.
