Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to support the Security Manager in overseeing security operations at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater. You will lead live event security, manage staffing, training, and emergency preparedness to ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff.

This role involves collaboration with clients, law enforcement, and facility departments, with on-call rotations and flexible hours for concerts, sports, and other events.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience in security, event operations or supervision.
• <p>Minimum 5 years of event security or related experience; at least 3 years in a supervisory role.</p>
• <p>Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate with clients, and manage safety procedures.</p>

Responsibilities

• Assist Security Manager in planning and supervising building and event security operations.
• Lead during concerts and live events, manage posts, respond to incidents, and adjust operations as needed.
• Assist with event security planning, staffing, access control, crowd management, and emergency procedures.
• Schedule security personnel, dispatch leads, and maintain staffing for daily operations.
• Coordinate with police, fire, EMS, and other agencies during incidents.
• Help with emergency preparedness, drills, and weather-related responses.
• Maintain security equipment, CCTV, access control, and incident reporting systems.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate concerns to the Security Manager.
