You will drive projects from start to reconciliation, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining high quality and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

High school diploma is the minimum education requirement.
Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred or related field experience.

Responsibilities

Lead project kickoff meetings and provide training with detailed production and execution plans for activations.
Develop staffing plans, assign team responsibilities, and ensure resource allocation.
Coordinate equipment, transportation logistics, and production schedules.
Submit and manage purchase service requests and procurement activities.
Develop and oversee production documentation, including run-of-show schedules and timelines.
Ensure insurance, permitting, and compliance requirements are met prior to execution.
Serve as primary operational contact for clients throughout the project.
Attend client status meetings and provide project updates.
Monitor budgets to align with project objectives.
Coordinate documentation for timely client invoicing.
Attend events to oversee production and ensure successful execution.
Provide leadership and support to on-site teams and vendors.
Resolve operational challenges with exceptional client service.
Set expectations and execution standards for field staff and production team.
Complete project documentation and reporting.
