Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings and provide training with detailed production and execution plans for activations.
• Develop staffing plans, assign team responsibilities, and ensure resource allocation.
• Coordinate equipment, transportation logistics, and production schedules.
• Submit and manage purchase service requests and procurement activities.
• Develop and oversee production documentation, including run-of-show schedules and timelines.
• Ensure insurance, permitting, and compliance requirements are met prior to execution.
• Serve as primary operational contact for clients throughout the project.
• Attend client status meetings and provide project updates.
• Monitor budgets to align with project objectives.
• Coordinate documentation for timely client invoicing.
• Attend events to oversee production and ensure successful execution.
• Provide leadership and support to on-site teams and vendors.
• Resolve operational challenges with exceptional client service.
• Set expectations and execution standards for field staff and production team.
• Complete project documentation and reporting.
