Job description

AtTimelyCare, we believe in making health care better and more accessible for students everywhere. Doing that takes the brightest minds and biggest hearts. If that sounds like you, then there’s a place for you here.

TimelyCare delivers connected virtual care built for education, helping K12 schools, districts, colleges and universities ensure every student has the support they need to live well. Trusted by 800+ campuses and learning communities, TimelyCare surrounds students with support at all levels of need, from everyday well-being and skill-building to on-demand emotional support, coaching, counseling, psychiatry, medical care, basic needs assistance and crisis support. With URAC accreditations in Telehealth and AI in Health Care, a clinically governed provider network, peer-reviewed outcomes research and audited care quality, TimelyCare helps institutions reach students earlier, connect them to the right support and foster healthier learning communities.

The Role

TimelyCare is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager to design, build, and scale a world-class event function that is optimized for the entire buyer and customer journey across our Higher Education and K-12 markets. This is a strategy-to-execution role that sets the vision for how events drive pipeline and brand, then personally drives it to life with the support of a coordinator and an outsourced operations/logistics agency.

You’ll report directly to the VP of Revenue Marketing and sit at the center of a high-visibility function that spans owned and third-party events, prospect and customer audiences, and close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, PMM, Brand, and Marketing Operations. This role is right for someone who can pivot fluidly between big-picture strategy and hands‑on execution, bring a point of view on what a modern, AI‑enabled events function should look like, and build the operating model to get there, rather than just running a calendar of shows.

Location: Remote

Travel: Approximately 30-40%, with increased travel during peak event seasons

What You’ll Own

Own the end-to-end event portfolio, experience, and execution model across both Higher Ed and K-12, including owned (TimelyCare-hosted) and third‑party events, and events that engage both prospects and existing customers.

Build and maintain the annual event plan and calendar, grounded in research into the associations, conferences, summits, and regional events where our buyers and influencers engage across both verticals.

Identify and secure speaking opportunities that position TimelyCare's point of view with institutional decision‑makers.

Design, build, and scale an event function and operating model built for growth. Bring a vision for what best‑in‑class B2B events looks like and the roadmap to get there, rather than just inheriting what exists today.

Full Event Lifecycle Execution

Own pre‑event planning (goals, audience/account targeting, logistics, promotion), the onsite experience (booth/environment design, staffing, programming), and post‑event follow‑through (reporting, lead handoff, nurture).

Partner with speakers and content developers to ensure sessions, booth content, and collateral reflect current messaging and product positioning.

Partner with Sales and Customer Success to staff, prep, and enable teams for personalized pre‑ and post‑event outreach, including account‑based plays tied to target‑account attendance.

Redesign event workflows around AI, content production, attendee/account targeting, and post‑event reporting while bringing growth marketing instincts (testing, iteration, funnel thinking) to how events are planned and measured.

Manage a Coordinator responsible for logistics and show‑level execution, plus an outsourced agency that handles operations and logistics at scale.

Manage relationships with multiple vendors including venues, production, booth/signage, swag/premiums, registration and lead‑capture platforms, while negotiating scope and holding partners accountable to budget and timeline.

Own and manage the events budget across the portfolio, making prioritization calls on where to invest for pipeline and brand impact.

Cross Functional Collaboration

Partner with Brand to ensure every event experience brings the TimelyCare brand to life consistently.

Partner with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation reflected at every touchpoint.

Partner with Marketing Operations on lead capture, routing, attribution, and reporting infrastructure.

Report on event performance and ROI to marketing and sales leadership, with a continuous‑improvement mindset on what to scale, fix, or cut.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, including building or significantly scaling an event program from the ground up; higher education, K-12, or healthcare experience strongly preferred.

A track record of owning the full event lifecycle including strategy, planning, onsite execution, and post‑event measurement across both owned and third‑party events.

Experience managing an agency or outsourced operations partner, and juggling multiple vendor relationships at once.

People management experience or demonstrated readiness to manage and develop a direct report.

Working fluently with AI tools applied to marketing/event workflows (content generation, research, targeting, reporting), and a growth marketing mindset with the ability to test, measure, and iterate rather than running the same playbook every year.

Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation/ABM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, 6sense) and event technology (e.g., Zuant, Goldcast or similar).

A strategic operator who can set vision and also run the details with strong creative instincts, sharp execution, and the project and time management skills to run multiple concurrent programs without dropping threads.

A collaborative communicator who builds trust easily with Sales, CS, Brand, PMM, and executive stakeholders, and who is comfortable with ambiguity in a fast‑moving, growth‑stage environment.
