Responsibilities

• Execute complex events: manage documentation, ensure seamless transition from Sales to service, be primary client contact on property for smooth execution.
• Own the client relationship: build trust as primary contact throughout the event lifecycle, manage expectations, resolve issues.
• Maximize revenue: identify upsell opportunities and suggest enhancements to increase contract value.
• Guide team performance: communicate requirements, provide direction, offer feedback and coaching for high-level service.
• Support leadership: step in for senior leaders as needed and navigate complex challenges with informed decisions.
