Mr. C Hotels seeks a Group Sales Manager for the Hilton Minneapolis Airport. The role focuses on aggressive sales solicitation, outside calls, and proactive lead conversion to definite status. You will assist in marketing planning and coordinate with catering on event details.

Responsibilities include proposing for leads, documenting group information (billing, credit, menus, AV), and ensuring seamless follow-up with the catering team. Strong communication and scheduling flexibility are required.

• Ability to talk and listen to clients, showing sales proficiency and professionalism.
• Willingness to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Conduct aggressive sales solicitation via outside calls, appointments, and direct mail.
• Assist Director of Sales in creating the annual marketing plan and action plans for assigned market segments.
• Send proposals for leads that fit the property profile and pursue conversion to definite status.
• Obtain and document necessary information on definite groups (billing, credit, rooming lists, VIP arrangements) and coordinate with catering for follow up.
