Hilton is seeking a Senior Catering Manager in San Diego to lead the planning and execution of high-profile catered events, delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests and clients.

You will grow catering market segments, cultivate relationships with corporate and social accounts, and design exceptional menus that maximize revenue while ensuring flawless event coordination and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in planning and executing catered events

Responsibilities

• Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
• Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience
• Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
