Job summary

ASM Global at the Pennsylvania Convention Center seeks a Senior Event Manager to oversee large conventions, exhibitions, and consumer shows. You will coordinate service delivery, supervise staff, and act as the main customer liaison from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, facility management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in hospitality and/or customer service.
• Minimum 3 years of event planning, meeting planning, or production experience.
• CMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to plan and organize meetings and events.
• Coordinate activities with service contractors for events.
• Act as primary liaison with customers from planning through execution.
• Supervise event management staff and ensure safety and setup standards.
• Provide timely communication of detailed requirements to operations.
