Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Catering Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for the Toledo Complex (Huntington Center and Glass City Center). You will plan and execute catering for internal and special events, create BEOs, coordinate with culinary teams, and assist the Premium Manager with scheduling and staff.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in hospitality, administrative support, or customer service.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office document formatting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, detail and execute catering requests for internal events and special events as assigned.
• Communicate with Premium clients via email and phone to fulfill customer requests.
• Create event orders, floor plans and event logistics reports.
• Work with the culinary team to select menu options and track internal costs.
• Assist with planning and executing catering orders for internal clients.
• Support the catering operations for all ticketed and special events.
