Job summary

Cohera in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Design and Development Coordinator to support proposals, pricing, and program logistics for client destinations. You will collaborate with a Manager or Director to develop proposals and prepare client materials, write creative activity descriptions, and coordinate vendor outreach, site visits, and turnover documentation with Sales and Event teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in hospitality or related field.
• Experience writing proposals, pricing, and client materials.
• Strong proofreading and organizational skills.
• Effective cross-functional communicator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Manager/Director to develop proposals and pricing.
• Support proposal production with shells and documentation.
• Write and adapt creative activity descriptions for client materials.
• Maintain communication with Sales during discovery, meetings, and visits.
• Conduct vendor outreach and collect service details for proposals.
• Coordinate site inspections and turnover documentation with teams.
