Job summary

Cohera seeks a Creative Studio Manager for a remote role to lead proposal development, storytelling, and client presentations. You will conduct market research, develop strategic site inspections, and ensure DEIA and sustainability considerations are embedded in proposals and account plans.

You will collaborate with design leaders to allocate resources, support multi-destination programs, and contribute to internal marketing and client pitches. Five+ years’ experience required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years total work experience with a minimum of two years of event proposal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience creating complex and executive level proposals.
• Experience on executive level client calls and presentations.
• High level of creativity with the ability to provide inventive solutions and think outside the box.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
• High level of organization and time management with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist DDMs in developing client-centric proposals with storytelling and strategic messaging.
• Assist DDMs in developing creative and strategic site inspections.
• Conduct market and client research to align proposals with client needs.
• Incorporate DEIA and sustainability principles into proposals and account strategies.
• Provide infrastructure and organizational support for multi-destination programs.
• Develop and manage Capabilities Decks, Case Studies, and other presentation materials.
• Support SAT in development of internal creative direction resources for SAT accounts.
• Collaborate with Directors of Design to allocate resources based on program needs.
• Participate in internal lead review and client pitches, virtual or in-person.
