Job summary

Pinnacle Live is hiring a Senior Event Services Technician for Omni San Diego Hotel in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on floor operations, setup, strike and operation of intermediate to advanced AV solutions with emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least 2 years’ experience in AV or hospitality, plus strong technical, planning and communication skills. On-site work with full benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking).

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, setup, strike and operation of AV/video technology in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Lead and mentor other technicians and team members.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear operation instructions for equipment.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Ensure inventory is secure and equipment is in good working order.
• Comply with company policies and safety procedures.
