Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Strong technical aptitude is required for this position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, including setup and operation of AV technology.
• Act as leader and mentor to technicians.
• Provide communication with clients to ensure event success.
