Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a dedicated test engineer to support our lunar and spaceflight programs from Florida. You will apply technical leadership to electrical test campaigns, plan and execute procedures for flight hardware, and drive safety and quality across test operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with dispersed teams, hands-on testing, data analysis, and ongoing improvement to lower spaceflight risk and cost.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in aerospace engineering, mechanical, electrical, or related field.
• 2+ years in aerospace test campaigns with electrical test experience.
• Ability to self-assign tasks with some oversight and communicate status.

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of electrical test campaigns end-to-end.
• Plan, develop and execute test procedures for flight hardware.
• Lead daily test operations, operate test consoles, direct technicians.
• Perform root cause analyses and failure investigations.
• Coordinate test crews and test equipment; enforce safety.
• Participate in test readiness reviews and post-test reviews.
