Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with EV systems.
• Knowledge of electric vehicle propulsion systems and subsystems.
• Experience conducting field investigations and benchmarking activities.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations with stakeholders to identify, analyze, replicate, and resolve EV quality issues.
• Benchmark Hyundai and competitor vehicles to evaluate strengths/weaknesses.
• Validate countermeasure software and monitor field data for effectiveness.
• Mentor junior engineers in EV-related topics.
• Create and present technical reports for management review.
• Collaborate with R&D, suppliers, and other quality teams to resolve complex issues.
• Research, procure, and maintain new data acquisition tools and techniques.
• Support lifecycle warranty analysis for Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia vehicles.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
