You will collaborate across vehicle development stages, plan and execute clinics, analyze feedback, and present clear technical reports. Travel up to 25% and a BS in engineering with 3+ years of automotive human factors

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 3+ years of automotive engineering experience with Human Factors emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate development vehicles for human factors issues (controls, displays, seats, visibility, usability, interior packaging).
• Perform competitive benchmarking for upcoming projects focused on human factors and ergonomics.
