Kaleidoscope Innovation, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to lead testing and validation of EV charging infrastructure.

You will develop test plans, install hardware, analyze data, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The role requires 5+ years in electrical systems development, hands-on hardware experience, and strong scripting skills in Python or MATLAB.

Competenze

• 5+ years in electrical systems development, integration and testing.
• Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience installing EV chargers, instrumentation, and related hardware.
• Developing testing procedures for DC/AC power distribution equipment.
• Maintain lab safety, safety PPE, and organized testing space.
• Coordinate lab resources and vendor interactions for testing.
• Proficiency with Python and/or MATLAB for data parsing and visualization.
• Strong written communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in EE or related field.
