Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in EV charging systems.
• Strong understanding of EV/EVSE charging fundamentals, interoperability, and vehicle-level validation.
• Solid knowledge of DC fast charging technologies and relevant global standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute verification and validation testing for vehicle-to-charger interoperability across supplier DC charging systems.
• Develop and implement test cases based on interoperability and conformance standards such as CCS, ISO 15118, and DIN 70121.
• Collaborate with Powertrain Engineering, Firmware, and Integration/Validation teams.
• Create structured test plans and maintain comprehensive test suites and documentation.
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot test equipment including Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, power supplies, electronic loads, and charging test assets.
• Manage test infrastructure, including hardware configurations, equipment calibration, software versions, and test documentation.
• Investigate field issues by analyzing CAN and Ethernet logs, performing root‑cause analysis, validating fixes, and driving issues to closure.
• Support integration, commissioning, and supplier validation activities.
• Travel to various field sites as required, with up to 50% travel.
